Our course is tailored for beginners in the field of Arabic font design using Glyphs 3. We will explore the fundamentals of font design and discover the program's capabilities in drawing and programming Arabic letters.

Course Objective:

This course aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to design distinctive Arabic fonts that enrich the design world. We will begin by familiarizing ourselves with the program's interface and basic tools. Then, we will delve into the rules of Arabic letter design, master drawing and editing techniques, and continue our journey by learning how to add diacritics and punctuation marks. We will also explore spacing and kerning techniques, ultimately leading to exporting the final font and experimenting with its usage.
